【摘要】 【目的】探讨高血压脑出血病人外科手术治疗的有效方案。【方法】回顾性总结分析103例高血压脑出血病例的临床资料,分析不同手术时机、手术方式以及其治疗效果。【结果】术后3个月对病人进行随访,超早期组(≤7 h)疗效优于早期组(7~48 h)和延期组(>48 h)。【结论】超早期手术,正确的选择手术方式,使用显微镜等有利于功能的恢复,提高手术成功率。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】To explore the effective methods of surgical treatment for hypertensive intracranial hemorrhage.【Methods】One hundred three cases of hypertensive intracranial hemorrhage were retrospectively analyzed in regard to the operative time、surgical methods and therapeutic efficacy.【Results】Therapeutic effect of super-earlier group was much better than early group and delayed group after 3 months.【Conclusion】To apply the proper operative methods、super-earlier operation and the use of microscope in operation can improve the function and the surgical curative effect.更多还原
