【摘要】 【目的】研究育龄妇女宫颈上皮内瘤变LEEP术患者的生活质量。【方法】选择2006年9月至2007年2月在本院宫颈癌早诊早治中心就诊的136例患者,诊断为CINⅡ/Ⅲ72例,行LEEP术者为观察组64例为对照组。采用WHOQOL-100量表对患者生活质量进行评分并分析。【结果】观察组生活质量显著差于对照组(P<0.01);观察组在生理领域、心理领域、社会关系领域明显差于对照组(P均<0.01)。两组在独立性领域、环境领域、宗教领域等差异无显著性(P均>0.05)。【结论】育龄妇女宫颈上皮内瘤病变LEEP术患者生活质量明显下降,在治疗疾病的同时应采取系统、正规的心理干预,以改善患者的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】To investigate the quality of life in fertile women with Cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN) after loop electrosurgical excision procedure(LEEP).【Methods】One hundred thirty six cases of outpatients were screened in the Centre of Early Diagnosis and Early Treatment for Cervical Carcinoma from Sep 2006 to Feb 2007 and divided randomly into two groups,72 cases of CINⅡ~Ⅲ were treated by LEEP as test group,64 cases were cervical chronic inflammation as control group.The quality of life among the two groups was investigated by WHOQOL-100.【Results】The quality of life in the test group was significantly worse than that in the control group in these fields including physiology,psychics,sociality(P<0.01).The quality of life in two groups had no difference in independence,surroundings(P>0.05).【Conclusion】 The quality of life of the patients with CIN after LEEP gets worse.so that psychological counseling can be of importance to improve their quality of life effectively.更多还原
