【摘要】 目的评估玻璃体腔注射曲安奈德(TA)治疗视盘血管炎(ODV)的疗效。方法43例ODV患者玻璃体腔内注射TA4mg,注药前后分别测矫正视力、视野、眼底及光学相干断层成像(OCT)。结果注药后患者视力明显提高(P<0.01),ODV相关黄斑水肿显著减轻(P<0.01)。结论TA玻璃体腔注射是治疗ODV的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To assess the effect of intravitreal triamcinolone acetonide for the treatment of optic disk vasculitis.[Methods]Forty-three cases of optic disk vasculitis(ODV) were treated by intravitreal triamcinolone acetonide(TA) 4mg.Corrected visual acuity(VA)、field、fundus and optical coherence tomography(OCT) were detected and performed before and after operation.[Results]After treament,VA improved significantly(P<0.01), macular edema secondary to the ODV became better(P<0.01).[Conclusion]Intravitreal Triamcinolone Acetonide is a good method to treat optic disk vasulitis.更多还原
