【摘要】 【目的】探讨成人先天性巨输尿管合并输尿管结石的诊治方法。【方法】总结11例成人先天性巨输尿管合并输尿管结石患者的病历资料,其中左侧5例,右侧4例,双侧2例。11例中行肾输尿管切除术、输尿管镜弹道碎石术(URL)各2例;行输尿管膀胱吻合术7例,其中先行肾造瘘术,二期行输尿管膀胱吻合术3例。【结果】URL成功1例,输尿管膀胱吻合术者全部成功。【结论】治疗此病原则是取尽结石,解除梗阻,尽量保留肾功能。理想的手术方式是输尿管膀胱吻合术。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】To study the methods of diagnosis and treatment for the megaureter with ureteral stone in adults.【Methods】Eleven cases of megaureter with ureteral stone in adults were reviewed.The anomaly was on left side in 5 cases,on the right side in 4 cases,and both sides in 2 cases.Two cases were treated by total renoureterectomy,2 cases by ureteroscopic lithotripsy(URL),5 cases by ureterocystostomy,3 in 5 cases by nephrostomy first and then ureterocystostomy at second stage.【Results】One case treated by URL was cured.All cases with ureterocystostomy were successful.【Conclusion】The principle of treatment for this disease is to relieve obstruction and perserve the function of kidney.The most effective treatment is to clip dilated ureter and to do ureterocystostomy.更多还原
