【摘要】 【目的】研究高强度聚焦超声治疗对肝癌患者生存期的影响。【方法】应用高强度聚焦超声肿瘤治疗系统治疗肝癌患者78例,术后随访了解生存情况。【结果】治疗后中位生存期9个月,平均生存期(10.9±6.8)个月,患者的生存期明显延长(P<0.05)。【结论】高强度聚焦超声治疗可延长肝癌患者的生存时间。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】To study the effects of high intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU)on life-span of patients with hepatic cancer.【Methods】The tumour treating system with high intensity focused ultrasound had been applied to 78 cases.After treatment,follow-up was made in these cases.【Results】The overall median survival time was 9 months.Average survival period was(10.9±6.8) months.After receiving HIFU treatment patients have extended life-span(P<0.05).【Conclusion】High intensity focused ultrasound is an effective method to prolong the life of patients with liver cancer.更多还原
