【摘要】 目的:运用药物经济学分析方法,对女性单纯性膀胱炎所使用的3种氟喹诺酮类抗生素进行成本—效果分析,从而对临床合理应用抗生素提供参考。方法:182例均为我院门诊确诊为单纯性膀胱炎的女性患者,随机分为3组,A组用氧氟沙星片剂,B组用左氧氟沙星片剂,C组用加替沙星片剂。7 d为一疗程。治疗前、疗程中、疗程后检查三大常规,细菌学检查等,并观察药物不良反应。最后运用药物经济学分析方法进行成—效果分析。结果:与其他2种氟喹诺酮类抗生素药物相比,加替沙星总有效率较高(83.61%)、成本较低(58.8元),而且C/E(0.70)也低;从增量成本—效果比看,其每增加1个治愈患者的边际成本为0.39元。结论:口服加替沙星片剂治疗女性单纯性膀胱炎,其成本低、效果佳,是一种较好的临床用药方案,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyz the cost-effectiveness of 3 kinds of fluroquinolones for female simple cystitis with pharmacoeconomic method and to provide advices on the reasonable use of the antibiotics in clinic.Methods: 182 cases of female out-patients with cystitis in our center were randomly divided into three groups.The group A,B and C were treated with ofloxacin,levofloxacin and gatifloxacin tablets respectively for 7 days as one period of the treatment.Three general examinations of blood,urine and stool were taken before,in the middle of and after one period of treatment respectively,as well as the bacteriological tests were taken.Besides,adverse reactions of the drugs were observed.In the end,the cost-effectiveness was analyzed pharmacoeconomiccally.Results: Compared with other two drugs,the gatifloxacin tablet was of a higher total effectiveness rate of 83.61%,a lower cost of 58.8 yuan and a low C/E of 0.70.As far as the cost-effectiveness ratio was concerned,the marginal cost of curing one more patient was 0.39 yuan.Conclusion: Oral usage of gatifloxacin tablets is a better clinical application for female simple cystitis with low cost and good effect, and it should be spreaded.更多还原
