【Abstract】 Objective: To research the freeze-dry technology of injected Doxycyline hyclate.Methods: To screen the major influencing factors of this product with orthogonal design method for prepared-freeze temperature and time,temperature up-speed,major-dry temperature and pressure,2nd dry-temperature and pressure,and so on.Results: The major influencing factors were prepared-freeze temperature and time,major-dry temperature and pressure.Conclusion:The parameters for injected doxycyline hyclate,are prepared-freeze temperature at-35℃,prepared freeze time in 3 h,major dry heating up time in 2 h,major dry temperature at-5℃.更多还原
