【摘要】 目的:研究异基因外周血造血干细胞移植的护理特点。方法:对200例异基因外周血造血干细胞移植患者护理措施进行总结和分析。结果:建立了从捐献者的护理、采集过程的护理、预处理的护理、干细胞输注的护理到并发症护理的护理流程。结论:异基因造血干细胞移植护理流程为提高造血干细胞移植疗效,减少患者的并发症,提高患者生活质量提供有力保证。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the nursing protocol of the allogeneic peripheral blood stem cell transplantation.Methods: To summary and analyze the nursing methods of 200 patients received the allogeneic peripheral blood stem cell transplantation.Results: Established the nursing protocol from donor nursing、stem cell harvest nursing,fore treatment nursing,stem cell transfusion nursing to complication nursing.Conclusion: The proper and excellent nursing plays an important role in improvement of curative effect of stem cell transplantation and quality of life as well as reduce the complication.更多还原
