【摘要】 目的:探讨EB病毒(EBV)感染水平与慢性牙周炎(CP)的关系。方法:采集30例CP患者深牙周袋标本及牙龈组织,记录牙周袋探诊深度、附着丧失水平、牙龈指数,real-time PCR法检测EBV DNA。12例正畸、8例腭裂修补术患者作正常对照。结果:CP组EBV DNA检出率高于正常对照组(P<0.05)。CP组深牙周袋EBV DNA检出率高于牙龈组织(P<0.05),但2者EBV DNA水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。CP患者深牙周袋EBVDNA水平与牙龈指数、牙周袋深度和附着丧失水平均不相关(rs分别为0.34、0.64、0.71,P均>0.05)。结论:EBV可能与CP有关,深牙周袋是EBV主要存在部位。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim:To explore the relationship between Epstein-Barr virus and chronic periodontitis(CP).Methods:Deep periodontal pocket samples and gingival tissues were obtained from 30 CP patients,The Epstein-Barr virus DNA were determined by real-time PCR,and pocket probing depth,clinical attachment loss and gingival index were recorded.20 healthy people were the normal control.Results:The identification rate of EBV DNA of CP group was higher than that of the control(P<0.05).In CP group,the identification rate of EBV DNA in periodontal pocket samples was highter than that in gingival tissues(P<0.05),but the level of EBV DNA in periodontal pocket samples of CP group didn’t differ from that in gingival tissues(P>0.05).The level of EBV DNA in periodontal pocket samples of CP group wasn’t related to gingival index,pocket probing depth,and clinical attachment loss(rs was 0.34,0.64,0.71,respectively,P>0.05).Conclusion:EBV infection may be related to CP,and EBV may maily exist in periodontal pocket.更多还原
