【摘要】 目的:了解河南汉族正常人群HLA-B27阳性者HLA-A、B、DRB1等位基因分布频率。方法:从河南地区汉族正常献血者中随机选择11441例标本进行HLA-B27初检,对初检阳性者采用PCR-SSP技术进行基因分型检测,对HLA-A、B、DRB1基因频率分布进行分析。结果:11441例河南汉族正常人群中HLA-B27阳性500例(4.37%)。HLA-B27阳性者HLA-A基因座位共检出等位基因14个,以A2(0.1950)、A3(0.1530)、A11(0.1670)和A24(0.1330)最为常见;HLA-B基因座位共检出等位基因34个,以B13(0.0700)、B15/62(0.0360)、B35(0.0340)、B40/60(0.0300)、B40/61(0.0310)、B46(0.0310)和B51(0.0420)最为常见;HLA-DRB1基因座位共检出等位基因13个,以DR4(0.2100)、DR7(0.0930)、DR9(0.0970)、DR11(0.0880)、DR12(0.0930)和DR15(0.1410)最为常见。结论:河南汉族正常人群中HLA-B27阳性者HLA-A、B、DRB1位点基因频率分布接近北方汉族人群,但A3和DR4基因频率较高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim:To investigate the HLA gene polymorphism feature of normal people with HLA-B27 positive among Han population in Henan area.Methods:A PCR-SSP gene typing results of HLA alleles of HLA-B27 positive people came from 11 441 Han blood donors in Henan area were analyzed.Results:The HLA-B27 positive rate among normal Han population in Henan area was 4.37%.Fourteen of alleles were detected and identified for HLA-A,34 for HLA-B,and 13 for HLA-DRB1.HLA-A2(0.195 0),A3(0.153 0),A11(0.167 0),and A24(0.133 0);HLA-B13(0.070 0),B15/62(0.036 0),B35(0.034 0),B40/60(0.030 0),B40/61(0.031 0),B46(0.031 0),and B51(0.042 0);HLA-DR4(0.210 0),DR7(0.093 0),DR9(0.097 0),DR11(0.088 0),DR12(0.093 0),and DR15(0.141 0)were the most alleles.Conclusion:HLA-A,B,and DRB1 gene polymorphism of people with HLA-B27 positive among Han population in Henan area are similar to other HLA alleles simultaneously.But the gene polymorphism for HLA-A3 and HLA-DR4 are higher.更多还原
