【摘要】 目的:探讨宫颈癌组织中Survivin、Caspase-3蛋白表达的变化。方法:用免疫组织化学SP法检测42例宫颈癌、13例宫颈上皮内瘤样病变(CIN)和8例正常宫颈组织中Survivin、Caspase-3蛋白的表达。结果:正常宫颈、CIN及宫颈癌组织中Survivin蛋白的阳性表达率依次增高(P<0.05),Caspase-3蛋白阳性表达率依次降低(P<0.05)。宫颈癌组织中Survivin的表达与病理分级及淋巴结转移有关,与临床分期及组织学类型无关。宫颈癌组织中Survivin的表达与Caspase-3相关(P=0.0197)。结论:Survivin可能通过阻抑Caspase-3的表达在宫颈癌发生过程中发挥重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim: To investigate the expression of Survivin and Caspase-3 in cervical carcinogenesis. Methods:The expression of Survivin,Caspase-3 in 42 cases of cervical cancer, 13 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) and 8 cases of normal tissues were detected using SP immunohistochemical technique.Results: The positive rates of Survivin increased, and Caspase-3 decreased from normal cervical, CIN to cervical carcinomas tissues(P<0.05). The expression of Survivin was related to tumor grades and lymph node metastasis, but not related to clinical stage and histopathologic type. The expression of Survivin in cervical cancer tissue was associated with that of Caspase-3 (P=0.019 7).Conclusion: The high expression of Survivin and low expression of Caspase-3 were closely correlated with the development of cervical cancer.更多还原
