郑州市某生活饮用水水源水体富营养化状况分析
Analysis of eutrophic condition of some surface water area in Zhengzhou
【摘要】 目的:了解郑州市某生活饮用水备用水源春夏两季水体富营养化状态,及其与环境理化因子的关系。方法:2004年3月到8月期间,在该水源水面设2个采样点,采用标准方法监测总氮(TN)、总磷(TP)、高锰酸盐指数(CODMn)、透明度、水温、水深、pH值、光照和叶绿素a(Chla)等指标。采用综合营养状态指数法评价其营养状态;应用直线相关分析和多元回归方法探讨Chla与各理化因子之间的关系,并初步建立Chla预测模型。结果:随着夏季的到来,该水源水质逐步由中营养状态演变为富营养状态。水温、透明度、CODMn、水深和TP与Chla有相关关系(P(0.05)。多元逐步回归分析结果显示,水温、、CODMn和TN对该水源水质状况影响较大,回归方程为:Chla=3.205×水温-3.58×CODMn-4.153×TN-15.208(R2=0.979,P(0.001);应用该方程计算出来的预测值能够较好地与实测值吻合。结论:郑州市某备用水源富营养状态严重,并且呈现持续恶化的趋势;建立的多元回归方程能够较好的预测Chla含量的变化趋势。控制该水源中的总氮含量和CODMn对于控制其中Chla的增长有重要意义。
【Abstract】 Aim: To analyze the eutrophic condition of some surface water area in Zhengzhou. Methods: From March 2004 to August 2004, chlorophyll-a (Chla) and eight physical-chemical factors at two sampling station of the water area, including total nitrogen(TN), total phosphorus, transparence, water temperature(WT), water depth, permanganate index(CODMn), pH and photic intensity, were detected by standardized methods.Results: Along with the coming of summer,the eutrophic condition of this water area changed from mesotropher to eutropher gradually. There was significant relationship between WT, transparence, water depth,CODMn, total phosphorus and Chla. The regression equation resulted from regressive multianalysis was Chla=3.205×WT-3.58×CODMn-4.153×TN-15.208(R2=0.979,P<0.001), and this equation could predict the content of Chla perfectly. Conclusion: In summer the eutrophic condition of this water area in Zhengzhou is eutropher and worsen gradually. The regression equation built can predict the content of Chla perfectly. It is very important to control the content of TN and CODMn for keeping the content of Chla within limits effectively.
