饮用水中钙镁离子浓度对氟暴露人群血清碱性磷酸酶的影响
Effects of the contents of Ca2+ and Mg2+ in drinking water on serum alkaline phosphatase in fluoride exposed population
【摘要】 目的:探讨饮用水中钙镁离子含量对氟暴露人群血清碱性磷酸酶(AKP)的影响。方法:随机选取氟病区与对照区18~50岁居民各38名,分别采集饮用水及血清标本。采用氟离子选择电极法测定水氟浓度,火焰原子分光光度法测定水钙、水镁含量,金氏法测定血清AKP水平。结果:2区水钙含量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),氟病区水氟、水镁含量与血清AKP均高于对照区,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血清AKP(Y)与水氟(X1)、水钙(X2)、水镁(X3)的回归方程是Y=13.805+1.812X1-0.046X2-0.090X3。结论:氟病区水氟、水钙、水镁对血清AKP均有影响,钙镁联合作用可减轻或延缓机体氟中毒的骨相损害。
【Abstract】 Aim: To explore the effects of contents of F-, Ca 2+ and Mg 2+ in drinking water on serum alkaline phosphatase (AKP) in fluoride exposed population. Methods: A total of 38 residents aged from 18 to 50 years were chosen from fluoride exposed area and control area. The samples of drinking water and serum were collected. The content of F-in drinking water was measured by fluorine ion-selective electrode. The contents of Ca 2+ and Mg 2+ in drinking water were examined by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry and the activity of AKP in serum was assessed by Kings. Results: The contents of F-and Mg 2+ and serum AKP increased significantly in fluoride exposed group in comparison with control group (P<0.05). Whereas there was no significant difference in the content of Ca 2+ (P>0.05). The multiple linear regression equation between the contents of F-(X1),Ca 2+ (X2) and Mg 2+ (X3) in drinking water and the activity of serum AKP (Y) was as follows: Y=13.805+1.812X1-0.046X2-0.090X3. Conclusion: The contents of F-, Ca 2+ and Mg 2+ in drinking water contribute to the activity of serum AKP. The combination of Mg 2+ and Ca 2+ could alleviate bone injury of fluoride exposed population.
