不同加载条件对聚甲醛复合材料的摩擦学性能影响
Effect of Different Loading Condition on the Tribology Characteristics of POM Composite
【摘要】 用摩擦磨损试验对转矩流变仪-模压成型方法制备的Ekonol/POM和Ekonol/G/MoS2/POM复合材料在不同加载条件下的摩擦学性能进行了研究。结果表明:在标准加载条件下,POM及其复合材料的摩擦系数和磨损量都是随着Ekonol含量的增加而呈现先下降后上升的趋势;在特殊加载条件下,随着载荷的增加,POM及其复合材料的摩擦系数呈先增大后减小趋势,而材料的磨损量则随着载荷的增加而增大,经测定得出的ZOGM20的极限PV值比POM提高14.5%。
【Abstract】 Ekonol/POM and Ekonol/G/MoS2/POM composite was prepared by blending-compressing method with torque rheometer,and the friction and wear experiment was used to investigate the tribology characteristics of the POM composite under different loading condition.Under the standard loading condition,with the increase of the ekonol content,the friction coefficient and wear loss of the POM and its composite decreased first,and then increased;Under the special loading condition,with the increase of the load,the friction coefficient of POM and its composite showed a trend of increase first and then decrease,but the wear loss of the materials showed a trend of continuous increase.The limit of PV value of ZOGM20 was 14.5 percent higher than that of POM.
