【摘要】 目的探讨软肝中药方剂对小鼠肝纤维化的作用。方法通过四氯化碳诱发小鼠肝纤维化的动物模型,观察软肝中药方剂对小鼠肝纤维化的作用。结果软肝中药方剂对小鼠肝纤维化的作用主要是肝细胞得到较好的保护,减轻CCl4造成的肝细胞损伤,终止肝细胞变性坏死诱发肝纤维化的启动因素,并能延缓肝纤维化的进程。结论软肝中药方剂具有抗小鼠肝纤维化的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 objective to understand the effect of Ruangan Chinese traditional herbal formulas to hepatic fibrosis of mouse.Method animal model of hepatic fibrosis of mouse induced by carbon tetrachloride were set up.Effect of Ruangan Chinese traditional herbal formulas to hepatic fibrosis of mouse were observed.Results on the effect of Ruangan Chinese traditional herbal formulas,hepatic cell were protected,cellular damage induced by carbon tetrachloride were releived,priming factors of inducing hepatic fibrosis by hepatic cell degeneration and necrosis were stopped,and development of hepatic fibrosis were delayed.Conclusion Ruangan Chinese traditional herbal formulas have the effect of anti-hepatic fibrosis of mouse.更多还原
