王不留行中总黄酮的提取工艺研究
Studies on the extraction process of flavones from Vaccaria segetalis
【摘要】 采用正交实验,考察乙醇浓度(A)、料液比(B)、温度(C)、微波功率(D)4个因素对王不留行中总黄酮提取率的影响.实验得出最佳提取工艺为A1B3C2D3,即溶剂为60%(!)乙醇,料液比为1∶60,提取温度55℃,微波功率800W.首次运用微波技术从王不留行中提取总黄酮,具有提取率高,提取速率快,提取温度低,能量消耗小等特点.
【Abstract】 The orthogonal design was carried out to investigate 4 influential factors determining the content of flavones in Vaccaria segetalis (Neck.)Garcke-concentration of extractant (A), dosage liquor(B), temperature(C) and microwave radiate power(D).The optimum extraction condition was built for A1B3C2D3. This is the first time total flavonoids from Vaccaria segetalis (Neck.)Garcke. have been extracted by means of microwave technology. The optimum extraction method is efficient and can extract more flavonoids in shorter time with less energy.
