【摘要】 对肝脏质膜蛋白质组进行了5种染色方法比较实验,发现荧光染的质谱鉴定准确性高于快速银染(Blum银染),快速银染又高于普通银染(Plus OneTM).考染中G-250的效果比R-350好,且背景低、快速.对考染后切取了高丰度蛋白质点后的胶块再进行快速银染,可以既提高鉴定的准确性也不丢失低丰度蛋白质.更多还原

【Abstract】 Five kinds of staining methods were compared through liver plasma membrane proteomics.With comparing,it was found that the accuracy of Sypro Ruby staining is higher than two silver stainings,of which fast silver staining(Blum silver staining)is better than general silver staining(PlusOneTM silver staining).The effect of G-250 staining is better than that of R-350,with quick speed and low background.Fast silver staining following coomassie blue staining can not only improve the accuracy of protein identification,but also identify more low-abundance proteins.更多还原
