【摘要】 网络生态危机主要是指网络安全危机、信息污染、信息侵犯、信息综合征等,危机发生的原因是多方面的,主要是因为网络主体缺乏网络生态伦理理念、道德自律意识和缺乏对网络行为的道德认知造成的。所以,切实加强网络主体的道德素质培育显得非常重要而又迫切。首先,要引导网络主体树立正确的信仰。信仰能给予道德主体的行为以意义和价值,它的存在既对人行为的善恶标准给予评价和规定,也对人的善恶进行评判和范导。其次,网络主体必须确立网络生态伦理理念。保护网络生态环境实质上就是保护人类的生存空间,人类应该像保护大自然一样,保护人类的网络家园。其三,教育网络主体应遵循互惠互利、公正平等、适度自由、维护人类共同利益等网络生态伦理原则。其四,规范网络主体的道德行为。其五,引导网络主体不断“内省”和“慎独”。最后,构建网络生态伦理教育的监督机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Network ecocrisis refers to network safety crisis,information contamination,information infringing,the information syndrome and so on.The cause is many-sided,but the author thinks that the main reason is that the network main body is short of network ecological ethics,the morality autonomy consciousness and morality cognition of network behaviour.Therefore,reinforcing the morality of the network main body is very important and urgent.First,we need to guide the network main body to set up correct belief.Belief can give the morality main body’s behavior significance and value,its existence evaluates the good and evil criterion,and it can also evaluate people.Secondly,the network main body must establish the idea of network ecological ethics.Preserving network ecological environment is to protect human being’s living space.We ought to protect human being’s network home as we protect nature.Third,teach the network main body to abide the network ecological principles of mutually beneficial,impartial and equal,moderately free,defending common benefit of human being.Fourth,make network main body’s moral behavior standard.Fifth,guide network main body’s contrition.Finally,construct surveillance mechanism of network ecology ethics education.更多还原
