【摘要】 目的分析慢性肾衰竭并发神经精神症状的原因。方法回顾性分析我院34例出现神经精神症状的慢性肾衰竭患者的资料。结果慢性肾衰竭并发神经精神症状的原因主要是尿毒症毒素蓄积及代谢紊乱;此外与透析不充分、失衡综合征、脑血管病变、精神压力及药物等因素有关。结论慢性肾衰竭患者出现神经精神症状与多因素有关,应积极治疗原发病,早期充分透析。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the main factors of mental and nervous symptom in chronic renal failure.Methods The clinical data of mental and nervous symptom in 34 patients with chronic renal failure were retrospectively analyzed.Results The common causes of mental and nervous symtom in chronic renal failure were:(1)uremia toxin storage,metabolic acidosis and electrolyte disturbance;(2)dialysis encephalopathy,balance disturbance syndrome,cerebrovascular organic disease,mental burden and drug.Conclusion The occurrence of mental and nervous symptom in chronic renal failure is related to multifactors.The key role procedures in treatment are to manage the primary diseases,complications and timely dialysis.更多还原
