【摘要】 目的探讨急性脑血管病(ACVD)动态心电图(DCG)及心功能改变的特点。方法对经头颅CT或MRI证实为ACVD的93例患者,发病72h内记录DCG,1月内进行无创性心功能检测。结果93例中84例(90·32%)出现心电图异常,且与ACVD的性质无关,而与病变部位有关,丘脑部位病变组显著高于脑叶病变组(P<0·05);93例中39例(41·94%)心功能低下,与ACVD的性质无关。结论DCG及心功能检测对ACVD有重要临床意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the DCG and change of heart function in ACVD.Methods A total of 93 patients,all were diagnosed by head CT or MRI,were recorded DCG within 72h,and were detected heart function after 1 month.Results 84 patients(90.32%) were found abnormity in ECG,which was in dependent of the character of ACVD,but related with the part of disease.The disease of thalamencephalon group were higher than that of cerebral group.(P<0.05).39 patients(41.94%) came forth heart failure which is independent of the character of ACVD.Conclusion The detection of DCG and heart function has important signification in patients of ACVD.更多还原
