【摘要】 目的总结室管膜瘤的显微手术治疗经验。方法显微手术治疗室管膜瘤30例并随访。结果肿瘤全切21例,大部分切除8例,1例多发者切除四脑室肿瘤,桥小脑角肿瘤行γ刀治疗。结论采用显微外科技术,尽可能全切除肿瘤是治疗室管膜瘤的最有效手段及治疗原则,不主张放射治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effects of microneurosurgical operation method on patients with ependymoma retospeetively.Methods 30 cases with ependymoma were treated by microneurosurgical operation and then following up by regular visits.Results In all removed 21 cases,8 were cut almostly ;one with multiple ependymoma removed all in fourth vemtricle,cerebellopontine angle tumor with gamma knife.Conclusion Removed tumor with microneurosurgiacl techniques is the mostly useful method and principle not advocating radio therapy.更多还原
