【摘要】 采用GC-MS对中药复方补阳还五汤的乙醇及氯仿提取物进行分析,结果发现2种溶剂提取物中挥发性成分大致相同;通过对补阳还五汤2种溶剂提取物进行骨髓间充质干细胞增殖活性的测定,发现2种溶剂提取物均促进鼠骨髓间充质干细胞的增殖(P<0.05).更多还原

【Abstract】 It is found that the volatiles of ethanol-extraction and chloroform-extraction from Buyanghuanwu Decoction are similar as that as studying the ethanol-extracion and chloroform-extracion of Buyanghuanwu Decoction by GC-MS.By analysing the two extactions on the proliferation of mesenchymal stem cells,it is also found that both of the two extractions can proliferate mesenchymal stem cells(P<0.05).更多还原
