RT-PCR与兔体交叉试验检测猪瘟病毒比较研究
Comparative Research on Detecting Swine Fever Virus by RT-PCR and Rabbit-cross Test
【摘要】 应用RT-PCR技术对扩增出500bp的片断进行测序,利用DNA Star软件与推导的氨基酸序列进行同源性比较分析,结果表明,同源性均为97.3%,证明为猪瘟病毒。同时与兔体交叉试验进行了比较。结果表明,2种方法的符合率为100%。
【Abstract】 The 500 bp gene segments from swine fever virus were sequenced by RT-PCR and compared homologically by DNAStar.The results showed that the amino acid homology was 97.3%.The results of the detection by RT-PCR coincided completely with that by rabbit-cross test.
