番茄叶霉病拮抗细菌H402发酵条件研究
Fermentation Conditions of Antagonistic Bacteria H402 against Fulvia fulva
【摘要】 从辽宁地区大棚及温室中的番茄叶片中分离到1株对番茄叶霉病菌具有较强抑制作用的细菌H402。该菌株对番茄叶霉病菌的拮抗作用较好。为此,对该菌株在摇瓶中的培养基组分及发酵条件进行了研究,结果如下:最佳培养基组分为淀粉20 g,蛋白胨20 g,NaCl 5.0 g;最佳发酵条件为:起始pH 7.0、接种量10%、培养温度28℃、转速140 r/min、培养时间60 h。
【Abstract】 The bacteria H402 with high inhibition to the Fulvia fulva was isolated from the leaves in the sheds and the greenhouses of Liaoning district and its culture medium and fermentation conditions were investigated.Results showed that the best culture medium was starch(20 g)+protein peptone(20 g)+NaCl(5.0 g),and the optimal fermentation conditions were the following: original pH:7.0,inoculation amount:10%(v/v),the culture temperature:28 ℃,the speed of rotation: 140 r/min,the culture time: 60 h.
