【摘要】 分析了农业信息化建设的重要性、农业科学数据资源的概念和湖南农业科学数据资源信息化的必要性。湖南省农业科学院、湖南农业大学、湖南省农业厅等单位经过多年的研究与推广,积累了大量的科学数据,把这些数据资源信息化,将有利于提高湖南农业科技成果的贡献率、政府的管理决策能力、涉农企业的竞争能力和农民的增收致富能力。提出整合资源、建立数据库、建设共享平台和在互联网上向用户提供服务是快速实现湖南农业科学数据资源信息化的有效途径,并提出了实施方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper deals with the importance of agricultural informationization drive,the concept of agricultural scientific data resources and the necessity of informationnizing those resources in Hunan,which will help enhance the contribution level of agricultural sci-and-tech achievements in Hunan,improve related departments’ managerial decision-making and agriculture-related enterprises’competitiveness,and increase farmers’ income.The effective way and practical method are suggested to promote the above-mentioned informationization,such as integrating the resources,establishing database,building the sharing platform,providing the on-line service for users,etc.更多还原
