【摘要】 依次用滴定法、重量法和电位滴定法测定了钙、镁、氯离子在4种不同烤烟品种中的含量,运用单因素方差分析并进行多重比较得出:4个烤烟品种的钙含量以德国76最高,为0.6417%,4个品种间的差异不显著;镁含量以K326最高,为0.14546%,K326与云烟871、云烟965之间差异显著,它们与德国76的差异极显著;氯含量以德国76最高,为0.3621%,在允许值(〈1%)内,德国76与其它3个品种的差异极显著,其它3个品种之间的差异不显著。结果表明,德国76这三项指标较为合理,对育种利用具有一定价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 The contents of Ca,Mg and Cl in four different types of flue-cured tobacco(German 76,Yun 871,Yun 965 and K326) were successively determinated by titration,weight and COD.One-factor variance analysis and multiple comparison showed:(1)there was no significant difference on content of Ca among four variance;(2)the content of Mg in k326(0.145 46%) was higher than Yun 871,Yun 965 and German 76;(3)the contecnt of Cl in German 76(0.362 1%) was significantly higher than other three verieties in 1% level.It indicated that German76 was the valuable variety for breeding.更多还原
