大果灵在翠玉猕猴桃上应用效果的评价

【摘要】 以翠玉猕猴桃为试材,系统地研究了大果灵对果实发育、果实品质、贮藏性及枝蔓生长与花芽形成的影响。结果表明,喷施大果灵可使单果重增加约12%,但却显著降低可溶性固形物含量和风味品质,极大地加速贮藏过程中果实软化和腐烂速度,并导致果实变宽和畸形。同时,施用大果灵的植株新梢基部异常膨大,节间缩短,大量基部芽当年萌发,并使翌年新梢上花量大幅度减少。鉴于大果灵对翠玉猕猴桃的严重负面作用,生产上不宜使用。

【Abstract】 The effects of CPPU on fruit development,fruit quality,storability,shoot growth and flower bud formation were examined systematically on Cuiyu kiwifruit cultivar.While application of CPPU increased average fruit weight by ca.12%,it had a number of adverse effects:it markedly reduced soluble solids content and fruit quality,accelerated fruit softening and fruit rot,and induced formation of widened and misshapen fruit;it caused abnormal thickening,shortening of internodes,and sprouting in the current season of many buds in the basal region of the new shoots;it markedly reduced flower bud formation of the following year.It was suggested that CPPU is not to be used in Cuiyu kiwifruit because of the serous adverse effects.
