【Abstract】 SSR microsatellite molecular marking is widely used in many genetic studies for its characteristics of high polymorphism,good repetition,codominance,convenience of assay with PCR and distribution throughout the genome.In this paper,the application of SSR molecular marking in cotton genetic mapping construction,genetic diversity,variety identification and seed purity testing,accessorial breeding by molecular marking were introduced.更多还原
