【摘要】 农村基础设施建设是农村经济进一步发展的关键,农村基础设施建设的缺位和财政投资的不足是建设新农村、解决三农问题的瓶颈。本文通过一系列数据阐述了我国农村基础设施的现状,分析了我国农村基础设施建设滞后的原因,最后有针对性的对如何解决这一问题提出了几点建议。对加快我国农村经济发展有一定现实意义。更多还原
