姬松茸液体深层发酵培养条件的研究
Liquid submersion culture condition of Agaricus blazei
【摘要】 以姬松茸深层发酵菌丝体中的主要活性物质粗多糖的产量为评价指标,对姬松茸液体深层发酵培养的条件进行了研究,分别考察了碳源、氮源、碳源配比、氮源配比、微量元素、装液量、培养温度、pH值、培养时间对姬松茸液体深层发酵的影响.结果表明,在消前pH自然、500 mL锥形瓶装液量80 mL、培养温度25℃、转速200 r/min的条件下培养10 d,姬松茸的发酵培养效果最佳,胞内多糖产量可达7.028 mg/mL.
【Abstract】 Liquid submersion culture condition of Agaricus blazei was researched,using output of rough polysaccharide,a chief active substance in Agaricus blazei mycelium,as assessment standard.The effect of factors on liquid submersion of Agaricus blazei zymolysis such as:carbon sources,nitrogen sources,carbon proportion,nitrogen proportion,trace element,quantity of substrate,culture temperature,pH value,and culture time were investigated.The optimal culture conditions of zymolysis were as follows:pH natural before sterilization,80 mL substrata in 500 mL shake flask,temperature 25 ℃,200 r/min(revolutions per minute) cultured for 10 days.The output of the cytozoic polysaccharide could reach to 7.028 mg/mL.
