【摘要】 针对点检受控管理模型、故障分析模型、可靠性管理模型和状态监测管理模型进行研究,建立了以点检和故障分析为核心的设备故障预警体系;基于状态维修、定期维修、可靠性维修等维修理论,设计了以预防维修为主导的多元化维修管理体系.应用实例表明,该研究成果可有效应用于企业设备资产管理系统中设备运行、维护、维修管理模块的业务设计.更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,four models respectively for the controlled route inspection,the fault analysis,the reliability management and the condition monitoring are analyzed,and an alarm system for equipment fault is established by taking the route inspection and the fault analysis as the two cores.Then,based on the theories of condition-based maintenance,prevention maintenance and reliability-centered maintenance,a multi-maintenance management system focusing on the prevention maintenance is designed.According to the application results,it is found that the proposed system is effectively applicable for the design of equipment operation and maintenance modules in the enterprise asset management system.更多还原
