水中回收β-环糊精及有机物的快速定量

【摘要】 采用溶剂萃取法对β-环糊精水溶液反应体系中的β-环糊精进行了回收,发现:β-环糊精与反应体系中的有机物可形成包结物;不同有机溶剂和不同组成的混和溶剂对β-环糊精的回收率有较大影响,丙醇/水体积比为2∶1时,β-环糊精的回收率达95%;有机溶剂对β-环糊精水溶液反应体系中的有机物表现出不同的萃取效果;对苯甲醇和苯甲醛体系而言,乙酸乙酯是较好的萃取剂,对苯甲醇和苯甲醛的回收率可达到99%以上,可用于这两种有机物的快速定量.

【Abstract】 The recovery of β-cyclodextrin from an aqueous reaction system was carried out by means of solvent extraction.It is found that(1) there exists an inclusion complex of β-cyclodextrin with organic compounds in the reaction system;(2) the recovery of β-cyclodextrin is greatly influenced by the variety of organic solvents and the composition of the mixed solvents,reaching 95% when the ratio of acetone to water is 2∶1(volume ratio);(3) the extraction is significantly affected by the variety of organic solvents;and(4) in the aqueous β-cyclodextrin solution containing benzyl alcohol and benzaldehyde,ethyl acetate is a good choice to the quick quantitive determination of benzyl alcohol or benzaldehyde,with an extraction of more than 99%.
