胡芦巴碱含量和盐胡芦巴炮制工艺的相关性研究

【摘要】 以筛选胡芦巴炮制最佳工艺为目标,采用正交试验并利用高效液相法HPLC(High Performance Liquid Chrcmatography)对不同炮制程度的胡芦巴进行胡芦巴碱的含量测定,筛选出在实验室条件下的最佳工艺A2B2C1.该方法简单易行,胡芦巴碱含量损失较少.

【Abstract】 In order to obtain optimum condition,orthogonal test and HPLC were carried out to determine the trigonelline contents of Trigonella foenum-gracum L.by the different means of process.The A2B2C1 is the optimum condition.It is easy and feasible,and trigonelline loses few.
