玉米秸秆的等温干燥试验及干燥速度的回归分析

【摘要】 利用综合热分析仪,进行不同温度下同一初含湿量的玉米秸秆等温干燥试验,通过对等温干燥曲线分析认为,玉米秸秆等温干燥过程可分为预热、恒速干燥和降速干燥3个阶段.再分别对后两个阶段的试验数据进行回归分析,得出不同干燥阶段下干燥速度回归方程,并通过理论分析计算出初含湿量为70%的玉米秸秆在130℃等温干燥时降速干燥段的起始点和最佳结束点,进而为农作物秸秆干燥技术的研究提供参考依据.

【Abstract】 Isothermal drying test for the corn stalk with the same initial moisture content is made under different temperature utilizing comprehensive thermal analyzer.The isothermal drying process of the corn stalk can be divided into preheating,constant rate drying and falling rate drying through analyzing isothermal drying curve.The regression equations of drying rate under different drying stages are gotten through regression analysis for the test data of the last two stages.Then the starting point and optimum ending point of the corn stalk with the initial moisture content of 70 % in falling rate drying stage at the time of isothermal drying of 130 ℃ can be calculated through theoretical analysis,which provide reference basis for the research of the drying technology of farm crops stalk.
