膨胀型阻燃剂的制备及应用
Preparation and Applications of Intumescent-type Flame Retardant
【摘要】 用阻燃剂DMMP(Ⅰ)、三聚氰胺三聚氰酸盐(Ⅱ)和季戊四醇(Ⅲ)三种成分制备了一种新型的膨胀型阻燃剂,并研究了其对不饱和树脂的阻燃性能。实验结果表明:当Ⅰ∶Ⅱ∶Ⅲ=5.0∶2.5∶0.83(质量比)于不饱和树脂中添加15%时,材料的氧指数达28.5,离火即熄。
【Abstract】 As one of the promising approach on course of halogen-free for Flame Retardants,Intumescent-type flame retardant is paid more and more attentions.In this paper,a novel Intumescent-type flame retardant is prepared from DMMP(Ⅰ),melaminecyanurate(Ⅱ) and pentaerythritol(Ⅲ).Experiment results indicatshow that whenⅠ∶Ⅱ∶Ⅲ=5.0∶2.5∶0.83(weight),15% addition quantity of the Intumescent-type flame retardant can make the OI of unsaturated resin to 28.5.
