ZrO2超细粉在共沉淀过程中颗粒团聚控制的研究
Study of Controlling Agglomeration in Preparation of Ultrafine ZrO2 Powder with Co-precipitation Technique
【摘要】 探讨了共沉淀法生产超细3Y-ZrO2粉体的工艺过程,通过在共沉淀过程中添加不同量聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)和山梨醇等分散剂,并就分散剂对该工艺过程及最终粉末性能的影响进行了研究。
【Abstract】 Using co-precipitation technique,3Y-ZrO2 powders are prepared with addition of PVP and sorbitol etc.during precipitation.At the same time,the addition of the dispersants during precipitation having influence on the process and the dispersion behavior of the result powders have been studied.
