混合溶剂与超声波辅助提取茄尼醇的工艺研究
Extraction, Purification and Concentration of Solanesol from Tobacco Assisted with Ultrasound and Mixture Solvents
【摘要】 茄尼醇在生物化学中有着非常重要的作用,主要用于合成辅酶Q10、维生素K2、抗癌增效剂SDB。通过采用混合溶剂与超声波辅助的方式从烟叶中提取茄尼醇,得到15%的茄尼醇粗品,经初步精制及皂化、脱腊等过程,产品的茄尼醇含量达到75%以上,为茄尼醇的提取与浓缩提供了一种新的方法。
【Abstract】 Solanesol plays a very important role in biochemistry,mainly in the field of synthesizing coenzyme Q10,vitamin K2 and SDB. Through ultrasound-assisted mixed solvents extraction,semi-finished solanesol with 15% purity was obtained from tobacco leaves,then through a further purification,saponification and dewaxing process,the purity of the product reached 75%. The results should lay a theoretical foundation for future industrial application in solanesol extraction and purification.
