顶空毛细管气相色谱法测定头孢他美钠中有机溶剂残留量

【摘要】 建立顶空毛细管气相色谱法测定头孢他美钠中的有机溶剂残留量.用HP-FFAP毛细管气相色谱柱,顶空进样法,FID检测器,以正丙醇为内标进行测定.乙醇、丙酮的线性范围分别为2.0~1000.0 mg.L-1(r=0.9992),1.0~600.0 mg.L-1(r=0.9994);乙醇、丙酮的平均回收率分别为100.3%、98.8%;RSD分别为2.2%、2.3%(n=5).本方法简单、准确、灵敏度高、重现性好,适用于头孢他美钠中有机溶剂残留量的测定.

【Abstract】 The samples were injected into HP-FFAP capillary column by headspace sampler and analyzed with FID detector using n-propanol as the internal standard to develop headspace gas chromatography method for measurement of the residual organic solvents in cefetamet.The measurement results show as following: the linear ranges of ethanol and acetone were 2.0~1000.0 mg·L-l(r=0.9992),1.0~600.0 mg·L-l(r=0.9994),respectively.The recoveries were 100.3%and 98.8%with RSD 2.2% and 2.3%(n=5),respectively.This experiment indicates the method is simple,accurate,and sensitive with good reproducibility.It can be used for the determination of the residual organic solvents in cefetamet.
