【摘要】 目的初步探讨对剖胸探查术中食管癌无法切除的病例改行直视食管支架植入临床效果及意义。方法对8例中晚期食管癌患者剖胸探查术中无法切除癌肿改行直视植入国产自膨式覆膜记忆合金支架治疗。结果8例覆膜支架均1次放置成功,术后均能经口进食,吞咽困难缓解均达Ⅰ级左右。结论此方法安全、有效,使患者术后即恢复经口进食,可作为此类患者剖胸探查术中无法切除癌肿时选择的较理想的姑息治疗措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To initially discuss the clinical effect and the significance of the metal stenter to implant in open chest exploratory surgery when esophageal cancer is unable to be cut.Methods 8 cases with esophageal cancer in the later period underwent open chest exploratory surgery when cancer was unable to be cut,to change straight ahead implants with the national product self-expanding metal stenter with membrane.Results The stenter was placed successfully at the first time in all the 8 patients who could pass through the mouth to eat food after the operation,swallow had been improved obviously reaching about Ⅰ level.Conclusions This method is safe and effective,after operation the patients recovered and could have a meal.This is an ideal therapy of the kind of cancer.更多还原
