【摘要】 目的评价改良的FOLFOX4方案治疗晚期大肠癌的疗效和毒性。方法艾恒(国产奥沙利铂)85 mg/m2静滴2 h d1;亚叶酸钙(CF)200 mg/m2静滴2 h d1-2,5-氟脲嘧啶(5-Fu)400 mg/m2静脉推注d1-2(或快速静脉滴入),5-Fu 600 mg/m2持续静脉滴注(CIV)22 h d1-2,每14 d为1周期(2周期后进行疗效评价)。结果全组35例患者,总有效率(CR+PR)为57.14%,中位肿瘤进展时间(TTP)为8.1个月。主要不良反应为随累积剂量增加外周神经感觉异常、口腔黏膜炎、骨髓抑制、恶心呕吐和腹泻,但多为Ⅰ~Ⅱ度。结论改良的FOLFOX4方案治疗晚期大肠癌疗效较高,毒副反应可耐受。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effects and toxicities of modified FOLFOX4 regimen for treating patients with advanced colorectal cancer.Methods OXA 85 mg/m2 was given intravenously 2 h,d1;CF 200 mg/m2 iv 2 h,d1～2,followed by 5-Fu 400 mg/m2 iv bolus plus 5-Fu 600mg/m2 iv continuous infusion 22 h,d1～2.Each cycle was in divided doses for a period up to 14 days.Results The overall response rate(CR+PR) was 48.3%,and a median time to progression was 8.1 months.The more side effects following accumulating doses of drugs were commonly seen with mild neuro-sensory toxicity,mucitis suppression of bone marrow,diarrhea,nausea and vomiting of grade Ⅰto Ⅱ.Conclusions The modified FOLFOX4 regimen is highly effective and well tolerated in treatment of advanced colorectal cancer.更多还原
