【摘要】 目的探讨磺脲类药物继发性治疗失效的2型糖尿病患者加用甘精胰岛素(IG)或中效胰岛素(NPH)后的疗效。方法2006-05～2006-11,对我院56例磺脲类药物继发性失效的糖尿病患者,改用格列美脲控释片,并分别睡前注射甘精胰岛素(24例)或中效胰岛素(32例),观察16周内多点血糖变化及16周前后HbAlc,空腹及餐后血糖。结果两组均有显著的降血糖效果,且疗效及所用剂量相近,但IG组低血糖事件明显少于NPH组。结论睡前注射甘精胰岛素或中效人胰岛素对磺脲类继发性失效者均有较高的达标率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of insulin glaring(IG) add weutral protam ine hagedorn(NPH) on metabolic control in type 2 diabetic patients who secondly failed to sulfonylureas(SU) trerment.Methods 56 diabetic patients with second su failure were sdudied in our hospital during May,2006 to Nov,2006 and they were divided into two groups 24 treated with glipizide extended release tablets GERT plus IG injection while 32 with gert plus NPH fasting annd postprandial blood glucose,HbAlc,were in all patients at different following points.Results Blood glucose decreased obviousy and similarly in two groups,however hyproglycemia occurred less in IG group interetingly fasting and.Conclusion Combination treatment with IG or NPH has good effect on metabolic control in second su faillure patients.更多还原
