【摘要】 目的探讨子宫内膜癌组织中人类软骨糖蛋白39(YKL-40)的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学二步法检测47例子宫内膜癌和20例正常子宫内膜(对照组)中YKL-40的表达。结果YKL-40在子宫内膜癌组和对照组中阳性表达率分别为59.57%、15.00%,两组比较有明显差异(P<0.05)。YKL-40的表达与组织学分级有关,而与临床分期、组织类型、淋巴结转移、年龄、肌层浸润有关。结论YKL-40的异常表达可能在子宫内膜癌的发生、发展过程中起着重要作用。检测YKL-40对子宫内膜癌的恶性程度及判断预后具有重要的临床意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of YKL-40 in endometrial carcinoma.Methods Using Immunohistochemical method,the expression of YKL-40 was examined in 47 endometrial carcinoma samples and 20 normal endometrium samples(control group).Results The positive expression rates of YKL-40 in the endometrial carcinomas and the control group were 59.57% and 15.00%,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).The expression of YKL-40 was significantly correlated with cell differentiation,but not with clinical stages,histilogical type,lymphnode metastasis,ages and myometrial invasion of endometrial carcinoma.Conclusion The expression of YKL-40 closely related to the carcinogenesis and development of the endometrial carcinomal tumorigenesis.Detection of YKL-40 may be helpful to evaluate malignant degree and prognosis of endometrial carcinoma.更多还原
