【摘要】 目的探讨超声对胆囊息肉样病变的声像图特征及临床价值。方法对手术病理证实胆囊息肉样病变的病例进行回顾性分析。结果97例中超声诊断出91例,符合率93.8%。结论声像图上根据息肉的数目、大小、形态、蒂宽窄等状况,可初步判断其性质,指导临床诊疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the image characteristics and clinical value of cholecyst polypoid lesion.Methods The clinical material of 97 cases which obtained pathological diagnosis were analyzed retrospectively.Results 91 of 97 had obtained correct diagnosis with 93.8%.Conclusion The image might be judged according to the number,size,morphology and pedicle The data indicate the chinical works.更多还原
