【摘要】 目的研究T淋巴细胞是否参与了急性冠脉综合征(ACS)相关的炎症反应。方法采用流式细胞分析仪分析64例ACS患者和66例健康者循环T淋巴细胞亚群和T细胞激活标志物HLA-DR抗原的表达。结果ACS患者HLA-DR阳性的淋巴细胞数量显著高于健康者。结论ACS患者循环CD4+T淋巴细胞被激活,T细胞参与了ACS的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate whether circulating T lymphocytes took part in the Inflammatory reaction which related to acute coronary syndromes.Methods 64 patients with acute coronary syndromes,and 66 healthy subjects were studied.CD4+T lymphocytes and HLA-DR were investigated by flow cytometric analysis.Results The results demonstrated that the number of CD4+T cells and CD+DR+ cells in patients with acute coronary syndromes were higher(P<0.05) than those in control subjects.Conclusion These results suggestthat CD4+T cell were activated,and circulating T lymphocytes may play an important role in the development of acute coronary syndromes.更多还原
