【摘要】 目的观察MTX联合中药治疗与MTX治疗输卵管妊娠的疗效。方法A组:MTX单次肌肉注射并口服中药;B组:MTX单次肌肉注射,定期监测血β-HCG水平及阴道B超监测包块情况至正常,治疗后6个月行子宫输卵管碘油造影,了解输卵管通畅情况。结果A组治愈率83.3%,B组治愈率78.2%,两组治愈率无明显差异(P>0.05)。A组较B组明显缩短血β-HCG降至正常水平所需时间(P<0.05),A组副反应与B组无明显差异(P>0.05)。治疗后6个月行子宫输卵管碘油造影,A组输卵管通畅率88.8%,B组输卵管通畅率71.8%,A组输卵管通畅率较B组高(P<0.05)。结论MTX联合中药治疗输卵管妊娠疗效好,治疗后输卵管通畅率高,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effect of MTX combined with TCM and MTX treatment of tubal pregnancy.Methods The group A was treated with single muscular injection of MTX with TCM.The group B was treated with MTX injection.The B-HCG level,vaginal B echo,mass situation and tubal obstruction were observed after 6 months.Results There curative rate was 83.3% in group A and 78.2% in group B without difference as well as side effect.The time of decreasing level of HCG and tubal smooth rate had significant difference with 88.8% in group A and 71.8% in group B.Conclusion The combination of MTX and TCM might have better effect to treat the tubal pregnancy with good smooth rate.更多还原
