【摘要】 目的探讨室间隔缺损经Amplatzer封堵器封堵术后心功能的变化情况。方法成功实施经Am-platzer封堵器封堵VSD的40例患者在封堵术前、术后3 d、3个月及6个月时行经胸超声心动图检查,测量心功能的相关指标:左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左室收缩末期容积(LVESV)、左室舒张末期容积(LVEDV)、左室每搏量(LVSV)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、右心室收缩末期容量(RVESV)、右心室舒张末期容量(RVEDV)、右室射血分数(RVEF)和肺动脉压力(SPAP)。并将这40例患者在术前、术后及随访过程中所测得的心功能指标作对照研究。结果左室容量负荷和左室收缩功能在术后随访过程中持续改善。右室容量负荷术后恢复正常,右心功能在术后随访过程中逐渐恢复正常。结论经Amplatzer封堵器封堵VSD既减轻了右室的容量负荷,也改善了左室的收缩功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the changes of ventricular function before and after transcatheter chosure of Ventricular septal defect(VSD) with Amplatzer occluder.Methods Forty patients with VSD experienced the transthoracic echocardiography examination(TTE) before transcatheter closure of VSD with Amplatzer occluder and after it 3 days,3 and 6 months respectively.We can measure and analyze the relative indexes of ventricular function each time,which include the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular end-diastolic volume(LVEDV),left ventricular end-systolic volume(LVESV),left ventricular stroke volume(LVSV),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),right ventricular end-diastolic volume(RVEDV),right ventricular end-systolic Volume(RVESV),right ventricular ejection fraction(RVEF) and the systolic pressure of pulmonary artery(SPAP).Results After transcatheter closure of VSD with Amplatzer occluder,the preload and systolic function of left ventricular have been improved continuously;the preload of right ventricular have returned to normal after the operation;the right ventricular function gradually have come back normal level during the follow-up period.Conclusion Transcatheter closure of VSD with Amplatzer occluder not only lessen the preload of right ventricular but also improve the left ventricular systolic function.更多还原
