【摘要】 目的探讨护嘱系统在护理质量实时控制中的作用。方法根据我国临床护理管理工作实际,分析实施护理质量实时控制中护嘱实施存在的问题与不足,运用持续质量改进、过程管理、时间管理等理论进行护嘱系统的开发、运用与管理。结果构建了新的护嘱系统,并形成了护理管理规范。结论新构建的护嘱系统为护理质量的实时控制提供了较为理想的条件。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of nurse’s order system on the real-time quality control of nursing care.Methods On the basis of Chinese context of clinical nursing care practice,the problems and weaknesses of nursing measures in real-time quality control of nursing care were analyzed,the application of continuous quality improvement,process management,time management were discussed and specific measures were put forward concerning the use,development and administration of nurse’s-order system.Results A new nurse’s order system has been established and nursing management regulations developed.Conclusion The new nurse’s order system paves a way for the real-time quality control of nursing service.更多还原
