【摘要】 目的探讨穴位推拿在新生儿抚触中的实施效果。方法将390例足月分娩正常新生儿随机分为观察组、对照1组和对照2组各130例。对照1组采用正规国际标准抚触;对照2组采用先俯卧位抚触背部,再仰卧位抚触头面部、胸腹部和四肢;观察组在对照2组的基础上结合中医穴位推拿。观察新生儿抚触效果及黄疸指数。结果观察组抚触效果好,生理性黄疸程度轻,与对照1、2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论应用先俯卧位后仰卧位抚触并结合中医穴位推拿的抚触方法,使新生儿依从性更好,对降低其黄疸指数有积极作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To probe into the effectiveness of acupuncture point massage on newborns.Methods Three hundred and ninety babies that has been brought to term were divided randomly into 3 groups: observation group, control group 1 and control group 2 (each group having 130 babies). The babies in control group 1 were softly touched by the formal international standards. In control group 2, backs, faces, abdomens, arms and legs were touched in turn. In observation group the babies were subjected to acupuncture point massage besides touches as the same in control group 2. The effectiveness of massage and icterus index was observed.Results The effectiveness of massage and icterus index of newborns in observation group were significant better than the control groups (P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion It can make the babies calm, obedient and adjust the metabolism to massage the newborns first lying on their chests and then on their backs, in combination with acupuncture point massage.更多还原
