【Abstract】 In recent years,housing price is continually rising in our country.In this situation,the living quality of people could hardly be improved.With the purpose of rationalizing changing trend of the price,we analyzed the diffculties in real estate market in our country and discussed the causes for the difficulties.Furthermore,we put forward the implementation strategy for getting rid of the difficulties with the real market on the basis of game theory as well as in the analysis of the relveant information about real estate market in foreign countries.更多还原
