【Abstract】 Governing rule is a universal issue which has not been thoroughly solved by either bourgeois or proletariate.In order to explore governing rule,we have to sum up those governing experience and lessons with universality,and at the same time study the governing experience of the western parties in power.In addition,we must draw good lessons from the Communist Party of USSR and Eastern Europe’s loss of power while summing up the governing experience and lessons of CPC.The thoughts of "three represents" and the governing theory system make CPC leaders constantly lead the party’s understanding of governing rule to a higher level.更多还原
